Rise and recline heat and massage chair

The chair is called a chocolate Cromwell. Hardly used rise and recline heat and massage chair. The chair rises and reclines however the massage and heat function will need looking into as it just stopped working. It’s got all the controllers with it. The maker is care co. I think it was bought in July 2017 and cost £649. No warranties that I’m aware of. The back comes off for easy dismantle to travel in a car or van. I’m unable to deliver the item myself as I’m disabled and unable to lift the chair so collection is preferable unless you pay for own transport to get it delivered to.
