2 x Rascal Electric Wheelchairs. Excellent visible condition where they were only used indoors. Have not been operated since 2021 due to owners medical conditions.

As a result of non use, it appears that the batteries have gone flat and cannot be recharged or that the charging unit itself is no longer operative
