This simple little dressing aid makes mornings much easier, helping you to put on socks, stockings or tights without having to bend or stretch

Instructions
Stretch the sock or stocking inside out over the shorter, central arms of the Sock Helper .
Push the foot into the toe of the sock/stocking.
Using the two metal handles, pull the Sock Helper up the calf, this will pull the sock or stocking up at the same time.
When the sock/stocking is fully extended and fitted to the calf, slightly lift the helper to release it from the sock/stocking.
You can then remove your leg from the Sock Helper.
