Disability reclining bed

I purchased the bed in febuary. It was delivered in march. The mattress developed a fault and I wasn't able to use. I was able to obtain a refund for this on section 75 but the framework is new. It is a head and foot.adjustable.4ft small double with headboard. It cost £5350 in a half price sale. It has remote control and is from a smoke free home. It was made by Grosvenor mobility. It will need dismantling
