Electric folding wheel chair

Just like brand new folding electric wheel chair, had for 18 months but never used. When brand new it worked fine but after being stood up for 18 months & not used it works on the mains but not working unplugged.
Don’t know much about electric wheel chairs but guessing it’s a battery fault.
Open to offers, just want it gone.
